How happy were you that the Red Sox won the world series? Did you think that David Ortiz deserved the MVP award? If not, who do you think deserved it. Did you watch the Red Sox parade through Boston?
I was very excited when the Red Sox won the world series. I think I was especially happy because of the gloom of the past couple seasons. I think it was very important that they won, to prove to ownership that chemistry and hard working players can out perform the high salary type players they tried to build a team with a few seasons ago. I think Ortiz deserved the MVP hands down. I did not watch the parade because of SAT's but I would have liked to.
I was elated when the Red Sox one. I do believe David Ortiz deserved MVP because off all of his efforts through the world series, regular season and every other year on this team have helped Boston's success immensely. However, I do understand why it could be controversial due to his previous steroid use.
I was so excited when they won because I love the Red Sox and after the whole bombing that recently has happened it was an uplifting event for the city of Boston. Ortiz is my man I've always loved him and I always will.
I was so happy, and yes I think he deserved one. I watched the parade and was envious.
